To enter the workout you have planned, just click the schedule button on the main screen (cardio or weights) and select the pre-set schedule to insert. Your exercises and sets are automatically entered for that day; you just have to fill in the numbers such as weghts and reps (Biggly also handles rest periods and neg reps) You can save up to 6 schedules Quick, simple and very Biggly Alternatively you can just copy over a previous workout to today's date, where the system displays your previous performance - giving you targets to beat. |
