Most screens are automatically saved but the data in your PROFILE screen must be saved before leaving that page. You have to click "Update profile" before it will save data about your physique and preferences.
Please note you can only do this ONCE per DAY. Other screens can be modified as often as you like. The reason for only updating the profile once a day is that is is based on dates and interlinked with everything else. Changing your profile twice can result in multiple lines on graphs etc. |
