These are full-featured blogs, with photo album, mobile blogging, friends list, send each other IMs, comments, with anti-spam, RSS subscription, Podcasts etc.

http://www.biggly.com/blogs/your-chosen-blog-nameNote that the name of your BLOG is not necessarily the same as your user name. For example your user name might be "fred" but your blog could be called "freds-adventures" or whatever.

vaguely bodybuilding or slimming related!

http://www.biggly.com/blogs/example2/Note there are no direct links back to Biggly.com, you can point your own domain name at it if you like. Although you can still send messages and search for other bloggers via your control panel these are not part of this forum. It's your blog!
You are of course welcome to use the link to your blog in your signature
If you wish to use the same theme as the example bodybuilding blog above but with your own pic instead of the biggly logo, no problem. You can edit the template's HTML too if you wish, within sane limits. Just email me the header image you want and I'll upload it for you.
